The Fulton River District Association represents all who live, work or own businesses in our neighborhood.
Household Membership:
A household membership covers all individuals residing at that address and costs $30 per year.
Membership benefits include:
- Increase your influence when working with the city on neighborhood issues
- Strengthen your property value by protecting and improving the neighborhood
- Elect board members who share your views
- Share your opinion
- Meet your neighbors at social events
- Receive our quarterly newsletter by mail and (if you choose) e-mail
- Connect with the community through our interactive neighborhood website
Condo Association Membership:
An association membership covers the association board members and costs $250 per year.
Membership benefits include:
- Increase your influence when working with the city on neighborhood issues
- Strengthen property values in your building by protecting and improving the neighborhood
- Elect board members who share your views
- Represent the views of your building residents
- Meet condo board members and building managers from neighborhood buildings at our social events and annual meeting
- Receive our quarterly newsletters (enough for all residents)
- Receive notifications of neighborhood events of interest to your residents
Business Membership:
A business membership covers your business and costs $100 per year, or $250 per year for businesses with more than 25 employees.
Membership benefits include:
- Increase your influence when working with the city on neighborhood issues
- Meet neighborhood residents and other business owners at networking events
- List your business for free in our quarterly newsletter
- Advertise at discounted rates in our newsletter
- Purchase sponsorship of neighborhood street banners
- New: Purchase banner advertising on our website!
- Receive our quarterly newsletters
- Elect board members who share your views
