Development Update
A proposal has been submitted by the developers of the 108 N Jefferson project to Alderman Reilly's office for approval.  Click here to see the proposal and our letter to Alderman Reilly opposing the project.

Updated: Waterton Residential launches the redevelopment of Presidential Towers, the impossible-to-miss visual landmark in the Chicago skyline. The redevelopment will include updating the look and feel of the main lobby as well as the retail space. Fitness Formula Clubs and Yolk restaurant are the first new leases of the retail redevelopment, which is scheduled to break ground in early November.  A plan is available (5mb file) and read more here from Waterton Residential.  Changes from the original proposal in 2008 include two stories and Fitness Formula Club as anchor tenant.

CAPS Beat community meetings provide an opportunity for police and community residents to exchange information about conditions in the neighborhood, to identify crime and disorder problems, and to develop strategies to combat those problems.  Beat meetings are normally held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
