108 N Jefferson Update:

At Alderman Reilly's request, the Developer of the proposed 108 N. Jefferson Planned Development voluntarily deferred the item from the November Chicago Plan Commission's Agenda.  The Alderman made this request after receiving numerous emails from residents and FRDA members opposing the current project.  A letter of opposition from The Fulton River District Association was also sent and can be read at this link.

The Alderman hopes the additional time will accommodate further discussions with the Fulton River District community regarding the concerns expressed.  He will also be discussing possible next steps with the project's developers. The current plan can be viewed here.

The FRDA wants to thank those members and residents who took the time to contact the Alderman's Office regarding this proposal.  We also wish to thank Alderman Reilly for pushing for more time in an effort to explore his constituencies' concerns.

The FRDA will continue to keep area members and residents informed of any updates or scheduled meetings regarding this issue.
